Let's call it 3ish miles. I'm not using the Garmin for awhile, trying to get back to running for the pleasure of it all...but, I have a good idea of the mileage, I just don't know the pace or time.
Also did a 20 min ab workout as well as weights for back/arms/shoulders. I should watch the Boston Marathon for motivation more often....


Watching the Boston, huh. Let me guess... you are doing the marathon again, right?

Good job getting out there! During my last slump I had to totally ignore mileage/time for a while too.
