    Treadmill run, mostly because I couldn't get my act together before my son got home from school (half day). Soooo....3 miles on the tread, weights for legs & arms.

      I'm in the same place. Every week something comes up (usually life...) Nice run, though. Hey there is a 5K next Sat. at the Joliet Speedway. I don't know if you are a Nascar fan but running on 18 degree banked turns sounds like fun!

    Went well..did leg weight workout on Monday and feel it now! A bit windy on the way back, but overall, a decent pace.

    So, haven't run in awhile. Finally did today. The good news is that I got on the treadmill to only walk and ended up running after a short time. Also did weights.

    FANTASTIC! Considering the 20 mph winds, while headed back, I still managed to finish in just over 20 min. Not spectacular time, but I'll take it, considering the conditions.
