      You have some great pacing times for where I think you're at in training. Do you ever check HR or gauge by your effort or breathing (% or 1-10 scale)?

      Just my breathing effort right now. The only other thing that I do is if my pace is comforatable for me for more than 5 minutes I increase my speed until I am out of the comfort zone. I'm just entering my 7th week of training so still going easy. Having a great time though!
