    Wonderful meditation session, at the end.

    Went up in weight, still watching the weight and fat percentage move down, slowly but surely. Feeling stronger and as if I can endure more, every day. Loving all of this!

    Could only get through three hard sets, as my right side felt like it'd tear if I went any further. Great set, none the less.
