    After being sick with a bad cold the past week and a half, I was only going to run 1 mile but I felt so good I ran 2....I just hope I don't regret it.

    I actually felt pretty good considering I hadn't run in almost a full week. I plan to be back on track by the end of the week.

    Felt great! My knee wasn't hurting...the only thing that kept me down a little was my breathing because of the little cold I got a couple days ago. But all in all it was a good run.

    I banged my knee on Sunday and I didn't want to overdo it, so I just walked the two miles. It was on an incline so I got a bit of a workout.
