W7D1 - did 2 miles. Had to push & motivate myself but I made it. My legs got a little fatigued but no pain. I'm still struggling with the feeling of not having enough breath, even though I'm doing a 2in/3 out count. But it felt good. Wed, I'm gonna push for 2.25miles!
