day 8 of running (after 1 wk off due to rain & my Fibromyalgia flaring up) - I ran my first full mile (and it was cold out)!! woo hoo! It did take me 12.5 mins but oh well, I did it and that's all that matters!


Don't sweat your time. I still run between 10-11min miles and I've been running since '07.
