My own mini-duathalon with the bike ride earlier! By the time I got out at about 8:15pm it was still pretty warm but it had cooled enough to make it enjoyable. I ran the first two alone, then met up with Nicole. We planned to go 3.5 together but she had eaten too recently so we ended up going 2.5 (walked the last mile, which was really pleasant but not included in the time or distance). So great to be out, and I definitely could have kept going!
