    Nice recovery run, partially trails/through fields and up a hill near my house, then around my block. Felt good, still a little bit sore from the long run Sat, but fun!

    Hiked with the kids and husband on the ranch next door. Great, beautiful hike, took a picnic lunch. Got a good workout carrying the 40 plus pound 3 year old piggyback for a couple of miles! :)
