      i know a phone is a good thing to have for safety reasons, but i got sick of my jay calling during runs and don't carry it any more.

      Except RunKeeper and my music are on my phone! Usually I call J before I run to tell him not to call me :) but this time he wasn't around. All he knew is that I had tried to call HIM, so he felt he should call back to make sure everything was ok :)

    This run at the end of a long day was harder than my earlier run this week. Legs tight, body and mind tired. But this felt good, therapeutic after a day off too much studying and too much sitting.

    I'm not really as sedentary as my tracking here would make it appear. 5k hike with the family today - J included. Apparently donkeys are now flying.
