Oh, the legs are getting strong. Absolutely no fatigue in the stems at the end of this one. Yay!
This was a superb run along what I think of as my "Parks and Rec" route through Ñuñoa (fully 50% is done in actual parks, and another 35% is greenbelt).
Steady at this pace on both the out and the back (plan called for 90 minutes at RPE 4-5.)
(*Not gonna call these real long runs until I'm up over 15 miles on 'em. This successfully ends week 3 of marathon training.)

It's just a "quite long" run... but is great you are feeling strong running that distances. You are going to be great for 15+ runs!

Yeah, felt wonderful. I fatigued a bit on my Sunday runs at the end of both week 2 and week 1, so it was awesome to finish without tiring today. =D
