So a friend who has been coming said you have permission to kick my butt tonight. and lots of legs..lol Well that inspired me to kick the routine up a even a bit more;) We had a small class and they all killed it, but was definitely an advanced routine. Some I loved and we will repeat again, a few I will skip in the future. Everyone got in a good workout and I kicked my own butt too...hahaha All these doubles in a row is sure to catch up to me, but I'm lovin it. I sooo wish teaching paid a bit more....I count down the hours at the miserable but necessary day job, but love the classes. We went a bit over tonight. If they would have wanted to, I would've stayed and worked out another hour with them for free. Wheels turning...how can I turn health/fitness into a full-time vs a sideline....need to find a way;)
