Cardio, strength, plyo....total body workout! Bigger class this week, people are coming back and building a Tuesday night group...YAY! 1st month of teaching is going great....all positive feedback so far (whew...I really can do this;) Doing this after Asylum I am definitely gonna be feeling some pain tomorrow! Knee meds are helping, not 100% but managed the double at a good effort tonight despite the knee issue.

Thanks all. Tara - old injury, long story got run over by a car while on a motorcycle the end of 2006...2 years of surgeries, relearned to walk, PT...blah blah won't bore you with all the details, but the knee flares pretty badly from time to time if I push too much. Tendonitis and I have some scar tissue and missing cartilidge. Taking the prescription anti-inflam drugs doc gave me and I am slowly getting over this flare up (thank goodness...do not want to slow down;)
