good Asylum: Speed and Agility 00:40

Still working on coordination and speed, which apparently is an area I really need work in based on my clumsy version of some of these Shaun T moves! I did get to rung 3 on in and out ab progressions, so that is some progress....although I'm sure I will be paying dearly for the reps I did to level 3...holy moly, I thought my abs had recovered from last week, but they are talking to me again already. I teach class M, T, W, Th evenings this week as well, so probably need to do extra stretching and maybe the cold dip for recovery this week.
