Wowy...was like who came up with this, oh wait I did during some of this. Created a tough class. We were all a sweaty sore mess at the end....Mission accomplished;) Great group, lots of repeaters....hopefully building a great Wed night group that comes weekly. I am gonna be so sore adjusting to this new schedule. Did Asylum after, thank goodness today was relief...needed the stretch!
