Insanity: Max Plyo 00:55

Did this right after the 10 mile run...wowy, that was tough after the run. Did my best, but let's just say my knee was not likin the power jumps today. Still I finished it and was a hot sweaty mess. Week 6 done...3 more weeks until this round of Insanity is done.
