    The run was good but it felt like I was working much harder than the pace turned out to be. Cold, cold night but no ice. Love my Thursday peeps. Nice end to the day.

      Can't understand how Daily Mile computes calories burned. Don't you burn ~100 calories/mile regardless of walking/running? How does it figure I burned only 103 for a 6+mile run at an 8-min pace? Just sayin'.

      Awesome! Ain't no party like a Scranton party :) Steamtown was the first marathon wherein I had to actually jump into a porta-potty for a few minutes - bummed me out.

    Wore my new 2-piece Speedo. Nervous about that, but started feeling all-that once I stepped out of the locker room, and two guys immediately said "hey, you got a new suit".

    Slow Monday miles but enjoyed the sun. Held a 9 to 9.5 min/mile pace before lifting.
