My legs felt tired for the first 3 miles and my achilles played up most of the way around. Fed up with my achilles as I've had it for a few months. I've tried rest, stretching and foam rolling and its still grumbling when I run.

    It's so frustrating, mine's the same. I don't know what more to do. I'm not putting myself through any more Physio right now, it's too painful. I think just one, or two at the most, runs per week is all I can do. Excellent run and pace today Karen x

    fab run even with a grumbling Achilles. I had a lot of trouble with mine a few years back and the only thing that helped was a solid few months off running :( x
