Early track session with the hubby. I hadn't ran for 3 days because I've been busy with work, the house and car broke down on my way home from work so I had to be towed away by the RAC! No surprise that my first 400 was 1.38, which is much slower than I usually do them. Managed to pick my speed up from about the 3rd lap. Pleased with the session considering the circumstances.
