Last long run before Northumberland Half. Tried out my new Adidas Energy Boost running shoes. I love them. I felt good running although I did feel it from mile 13. Pleased I managed 14 miles, it's my farthest distance! :-)

    Northumberland half is this Sunday and it is in Kirkley, Ponteland, Newcastle. I understand that it is a new course so nobody knows whether its hilly or flat. People say Ponteland isn't flat.
