Hill session at St. George's. 10 x St. George's bank. Felt good on the first 8, tired on the last 2! Rest from now for Kielder 10k race on Saturday.

    Thank you David. I've heard Kielder is hilly and I'm no good on hills. I would be delighted to get sub 43 as that would be a pb. I reckon with hills it will be around 45. Last flat 10k I raced was 46, but I'm starting to feel a bit stronger now!

    Can remember you saying you didn't feel too good last time so if your stronger this time you will be fine. I'm sure 95% is mental! I beat all but one in training yet they can beat me in races!
