Never say never. I've been in this exact place mentally, and while it took me a long time and lots of persistence I'm not only back to where I was but have far exceeded it. injured Coniston to Tarn Hows 7 mi

Had my first run since pulling my soleus on Tuesday. The soleus is getting better but I could still feel it so kept it very slow and just enjoyed my time in the Lakes.
