      I skipped PIYO but feel like since there isn't cub scouts tonight and I was able to run 5 yesterday, I should give 5@5 a try.

    I saw Amy M. on the NES and thought about joining her but I was going for a long run today! I walked a 1/4 mile after 2.5 but overall felt pretty comfortable.
