Technically today was supposed to be my track day. But I just wasn't feeling speedwork. In fact, I wasn't sure during that first mile I was even going to do 4 - holy cow my legs were tired that first mile. But then they warmed up, thank goodness. This ended up being a really good run.

Oh, and @Sarah, you were totally right - Footloose is a great running song!

4 days = 20 miles. Nice.

I need to hit the laundromat today, though. Wore one of my shirts for a second time and was pretty grossed out. :)
