Ran this one ENTIRELY to feel - wanted to go slow and steady. Splits are totally bipolar: 9:29, 9:51, 8:47
But whatever. Not AS soupy as this weekend's run, so was a little easier from the outset.
Gotta say, I'm digging the Monday morning runs. It's nice to see something other than a zero to start my week. :)
