Only getting to logging this now - ran 4 at 7 this morning with my running club girlfriend Sue, who was awesome to come up to my house and run my usual 4 mile route with me. She rocks.

And I'm going to pretend that her "recovery" pace was EASY and didn't have me sucking wind and wishing we could slow down just a little bit more.

Because in my head I'm still running strong and easy like I was back in May.

I'll get there, I know it.
