Awesome!! My initial intention was to go to the gym and run 3-5 miles because I'm going to a graduation party this evening, and I know I'm probably going to eat sooooooo much food. After the first three miles, I still felt great and decided to keep plugging. I started flipping through the TV channels and ended up watching Chopped on the Food Network haha. I guess the food on that show really motivated me to run longer since I anticipated eating tasty food all night. I ended up running eight miles and walking the last one. Funny how you plan to do one thing and something different ends up happening.
