Coffee! Followed by more coffee! Walking in the snow, avoiding ice patches & puddles was difficult. It was more of an obstacle course than a walk, really.

21 days agoWhat kind of trainer do you have? How loud is it?
20 days agoI got an Ascent (basically the least expensive one they had) It is surprisingly loud! haha I wasn't expecting it, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also, it's the magnetic one, not the fluid, but I can change the resistance while I ride once I'm on a level I'm comfortable with. I really think it is going to help me get in ridding shape for the spring. I wish setting it up was a bit easier though, once it's on there, it's on there (which is good in some respects) haha.
