    48 min on the stair master (extra time because they were playing Pulp Fiction at the gym) and then 5 min on the rope climber.

    Took the baby out for a stroll while her sister played with her new birthday toys and the baby passed out so I stayed out longer than planned.

    Zumba class followed by a 2 mile walk. Rocking out like a grandma at the gym.

    4 miles with the double stroller and then 3.5 on the treadmill during nap time. As thrilling as you'd expect.

    Did the first 30 min of Body Combat but then it was just all jumping and running in place, so I bailed and used the Stair Climber for 25 minutes instead. Then I finished up with my PT exercises.

    10 min on the stair climber, 60 min Zumba class, and then 6 min using the rope machine

    30 min on the elliptical, then 15 min on the rowing machine which is deceptively difficult. Then when we got home, we went for a 2.5 mile walk because it's such a nice day.
