    what a great way to start the day...a run in the sunshine w/ my wittle! she stayed awake for the whole run, I even got a farmers tan...BONUS!

    didnt get out until 7:30pm...had the baby(it was chilly, bundled the nugget up like an eskimo baby) so made the run short..but heck, 2.5 is better than Zero miles, right!

    had a fussy baby..so I strapped her in and went for a jot..worked like magic..instant happiness (even thou my pace is still slow..I can feel a difference in my leg strength, makes me happy)

      =) Remembering when mine were that little makes me smile. Very happy for you. Relish EVERY mile with your sweet one/s. Your pace should be but an afterthought if you consider the bonding, peace and great example you're setting!!

      I takes a week to get used to the jogger. And you'll always be slower.

      I imagine that it would be harder with a stroller. Plus, it takes some time to come back after having a baby! I know that I have been struggling with my pace and endurance. Six months later and I am slowly getting closer to where I was before I had Nigel. Hang in there! You are doing great! ; )

      When I ran with a stroller, I had to slow down 1-2 minutes per mile. Of course, being out of shape after having a baby didn't help me any. Don't worry, you'll get back to where you want to be!
