Worked on better bench grip technique tonight. Makes a lot of difference. Too bad I failed the last rep. First time safety rails got put to good use. Hehe
Going to take a break from weighted dips. They make my shoulders sore in a bad way. Girona dips for more reps in the meanwhile. Keeping form during this dip is tough! Chest/shoulders a butter right now.
