    Hard to keep the motivation going since I finished my goal race.

      I ran/walked about 2 miles 3 days this week trying to keep the fitness going. I have trouble posting it.

    Finally able to run 20 minutes without stopping to walk so felt encouraged.

    Last segment of run went better than last time so am encouraged.

    injured on the treadmill at the gym- 1.75 mi 00:24 13:42 pace

    Knee still bothering. Did get 8 min. continuous running in plus 2 additional 5 min. segments so I'm making progress--I think. Total 50 min. running/walking.

    Made it in spite of sore knee. Still on course with couch to 5K program.

    Ran 3 5 min. segments with 2 ... 1.5 mi

    Better than I'd expected in spite of a slightly tender left knee.

    Did my 20 min. training after 10 min. walking, then finished walking to 50 min. Total running time was 16 minutes, walking time 34 minutes.
