great Easy run on Worli Sea Face 6.01 mi 01:22 13:37 pace

Missed the run in the morning and wasn't planning on running. But my wife wanted to run in the evening and I volunteered to run outside with her than letting her go to the gym. Worli Sea face was crowded and we had to weave around quite a bit.

She set the pace and went faster than normal and had to take walking breaks. I was just happy to get the mileage in so stayed with her. Completed the last mile with a walk. This completes the fourth consecutive week of 50+ km. Yay!
