great Noon cycling--Toll plaza and back 30 km 01:20 14.0mph pace

low training workouts due to tough schedules the last week...

managed to sneak in a ride this noon....roads were near empty and nothing to complain on the weather...

worth the effort today....mainly in Z1/Z2
