I have started liking the stretch between Mayajaal and MGM...absolutely no interruptions, slight rolling....
Road work has started on the Tiruvanmiyur RTO section, the return becomes slightly easier.
...saw a kid do bike stunts near the Muttukadu village....and he was all smiles when I shouted 'Super' out to him...
...looks like the 200 km is a good possibility this Sunday...any tips on ride nutrition for the 200, welcome.

Tips for the 200... Chocolate bars, lots of it! Did a double century only once and nutrition was really a factor. Good luck and great ride today!
