injured Bull Run Trail 12 mi

The first 7 miles went great, although the trail was muddy and challenging. It was the mud that did me in on the way back. I hit a slippery patch coming fast downhill and I fractured my ankle. The training will have to come to a stop. I'm really bummed out about it :( I'm hoping to heal up asap and train up for another 50k later on down the road.

    Oh, not too much longer hopefully :). I'm on the road to recovery... I start physical therapy next week and hopefully soon after I'll be doing some light treadmill runs. Thanks for the friend add by the way!
