    Into my 1st mile natapilok ako, and I thought I sprained my right ankle. Had to pause for a bit and felt it out. No swelling, just a little pain on my little toe. Ran again and caught up with my pace.

    Warm up of 2mi. 6mi medium pace run w/ the Philippine Army Running Team. Went through a couple of hills at the latter part of the route. That drained me good. Cool down of 2mi.
