    Into my 1st mile natapilok ako, and I thought I sprained my right ankle. Had to pause for a bit and felt it out. No swelling, just a little pain on my little toe. Ran again and caught up with my pace.

    Warm up of 2mi. 6mi medium pace run w/ the Philippine Army Running Team. Went through a couple of hills at the latter part of the route. That drained me good. Cool down of 2mi.

    Ran with Carlo W. We had to cut our 21k plan short as he realized in the 4th mile his iPhone was no longer in his pouch. We ran back to Honda Alabang. Good thing it was picked up by this fellow.
