      Yes, I got another scratch from the thorny nettles, but totally worth it. The running is always worth it, I have made it a top priority in my day. When I am physically active the best parts of me are enhanced and so I am healthiest, happiest, and most productive. I need to make this a part of my lifestyle again! The long distances that I have been running excites me...the land is pretty flat here so I think that contributes to my ability to run 6.5 miles. Classes are fine. They are challenging which
