I don't see so much of you here now. Good to see that you are still active, regardless of whether it is highly competitive or not. And relaxed is good for the heart, too.

I will always remain active yes, and as I've seen, too much exercise related stress is also not good, there is definitely a balance between a psychotic competitive drive and a long aerobic threshold workout.

great 80 km 02:43 18.3mph pace
Strictly classified. Use your imagination :D
On the cross bike. Hammer fest. First half was basically a 40km TT into the wind with a heavy jacket. Not much fun, I won't even say what my average HR... read more

Hahaha, Texas IS much different. Lots of cowboy truckers down there.Only in TX would you find a dealership like this: http://www.triplerdiesel.com/sections/inventory/txprojects.asp?idcategory=12
They sell the Harley Davidsons of the trucking world. Totally chromed out bad ass & awesome, but so inefficient compared to what else is available these days.4 months ago • Like

Great work pushing through to the finish, even if at the back end :-)
Congrats on the new job, and good luck! Merely existing is no fun at all. Been there, done that. Glad I'm not there anymore. I'm sure you will enjoy your new job. Yeah, you might not get a break for some RnR, but at least you know that your skills are in demand. Always a good thing.
Besides, the last two weeks at your current job are really RnR ;-)
