Out the door at 5:45 this morning and it was already a humid 73*! Not the best day to run intervals, but I need to blow off some steam. Ran half 3 half miles at 8:30 pace with recoveries of 9:10 to 9:20. Nothing crazy. My legs still feel tired from the half marathon. WoW. Have a great holiday weekend, everyone!!!!
