    My sis had to miss kickboxing, so I went to cyclebar with Linda and Joann.....didn't really like the instructor, but it's still a good workout. Legs were still tired from Saturday.

    Legs were TIRED after Saturday's 50k....we just kept the pace slow and my legs actually felt better after the run than when we started. Weather is getting cooler - yay!

      Ah, thanks Ang! I just LOVE being out there...and I've found the less pressure I put on myself for pace, etc. the more that I love it. I cannot wait to be a part of your first 50k! I LOVED being a part of your marathon.
