      I shined my knuckle light right in his face - he looked like a gigantic rat! I screamed and I know I scared him as much as he scared me! I'm glad there wasn't anyone around me to witness the scene....or was there? I probably wouldn't have known! LOL! I wouldn't choose to run in the dark, but I have to be back by 7am, so that's what is happening right now. I may switch a few runs to evenings as I love to actually SEE the fall leaves.

      9:20 is still a nice pace for an "easy" run! Especially after the last couple days of running...good job! I gotta get out there now...looking forward to "easy"!
