      Stomachs are tricky. At least mine is. Sometimes when it feels not so great, the run makes it better, sometimes worse and I can never tell what it's going to be. Great job getting out even while not feeling 100%!

      You're lucky! It has poured here all day long and I think I'm going to have to miss my usual Thursday run because it's freezing and raining and ugh! Great miles and great getting it done and out of the way.
