    Family ride to Starbucks. I love HHI because there are bike paths everywhere. Unfortunately, many people don't know how to use them. Had a couple of close calls - glad we wore our helmets!

    Walked with Mom after my run. I was soaking wet and there was a slight breeze, so it actually felt pretty good.

    73* with 100% humidity at 7:30am! And, it wasn't raining....it was partly sunny! Lol! I took a wrong turn and ended up running 35 minutes instead of 30. Called it 3.5!
