      Fabulous job but BE CAREFUL! Quickest way to an injury is to run something for which you haven't trained properly. Take care of that knee.

      Are they coming? I just bought a groupon or Ilovekickboxing.com and it's pretty fun. I'm also cycling once per week, which really seems to be strengthening my hamstring and butt muscles - helps so much on my runs.
