nice run, Kelly! Isn't it SOOOO dark? I mean, I seriously think you may need both those knuckle lights...I fell today on my run, and I can't figure out if it's just b/c I wasn't paying enough attention or if I didn't have enough light?

You did the right thing cutting your run short. You probably saved yourself from injuring it, and this is no time to risk it...we have a half to run this weekend! Oh yeah!! Great job

Yes, I think so. You don't really have to hold onto these, but your fingers kind of automatically curl around them. I think you could still hold something. The band is pretty thin.

Cool! I'm gonna have to get some for this winter for sure! Parts of my path are super well lit (down by where we ran, for example) but parts of it I'm on every day have zero lights anywhere.

ICE! When I have knee anything, it amazes me how much it responds to ice. I hope it's nothing. I'm sure it's nothing. Yeah, it's probably nothing. But, wise to rest it for a day or two.

I did switch out my shoes, but they are the exact same shoe as the other ones, just newer - Brooks Ghost 7 with my orthotics. I have almost 200 miles on the other pair, but they fit a bit differently and rub more blisters, so I switched to my newer ones. Don't think that is it, but thanks!

Well crapola! What a bummer...call PT Noah and see what's up!
And you could have done something when you slowed things down on your 16 miler...your body was tired and you changed your form more that what you would have. You could have overcompensated with that knee on that slower pace. I bet you give it a little rest , ice and stretch and it will be fine! Fingers crossed!!!
