    A group of us traveled to Anderson for the first Dino trail run of the year. Love that park and that trail - used to run it in high school. Beautiful, misty, morning. Just relaxed and had fun.

      So fun! And you're so right! I went to a kickboxing class in Chicago once with some friends where they used the bags and the guy kept having me kick over and over again and I got up the next day and couldn't walk, my IT band was ruined and it lasted for about six months! Super important to have good form with that or else it's massively big trouble!

      Yes! This is really the first time it's happened to me. I enjoyed cycling, but it's nothing like this. Alot of it has to do with the instructors.
