      Oh now... I have a slope as well! I didn't mean to make you feel like it wasn't a hill!!! If you get your heart rate up its definitely a hill... And it's a long slope... Man, you're making me feel bad! Great run, though... !!!

      sounds like your hilly slope is about exactly like mine! I like it for a change of pace...gonna run this and my other hill route every other week to keep it interesting...Good run!..but I think we may be doing a little more than what the plan calls for..however, it keeps getting higher every other week, so we will eventually catch up:)
