      Crap, feel better! I have a wicked headcold, too and my big race on Saturday so I'm doing everything in my power to make it go away. My mantra is I'm not panicking, I'm not panicking. Hope the head and the knee both feel better!

    It was storming outside, so we cancelled our run - good thing, because my right knee is bothering me more than normal.....must have tweaked it at kickboxing yesterday.

    Eight people in class this am - that's alot for a Monday morning at 5:45 - tried my new 16oz gloves for the first time today....not too bad.
