      I was definitely wincing. I swear it hurt more to walk then run though. Tomorrow it is the Exercise bike and then another 15k Thursday.

    Did not feel well. I think I was severely dehydrated for not drinking enough fluids on Sunday. It was my own fault and complete stupidity for not properly hydrating. That said, kick ass time.
