      That happens to me once in a while, especially after I have trained for something and then had no particular goal afterwards. Sounds like you need to sign up for a tri! :-P Gary has one coming up in August.

      Find someone to run with, that will motivate not only you but your partner. Join a running club, lots of ways to keep up the training. Set a goal for a race, something a bit longer like a half or full marathon.

      Lee, if you have a foot massager fill it with ice and turn it on. Do this 3X a day and it will help. I did it and I was running after twisting an ankle very badly to the point it was black and blue, I was running in a week.
