      Wow. While I was on my little run I was thinking about how difficult it would be to race in that humidity. Way to finish with a very respectable time in these inhumane conditions!

      Lori, I am on a quest to start my running group in Northern RI. I have a whopping three of us right now and I do my friend Elizabeth's track workouts with her on Wednesdays at 6pm at Smithfield High School.
