great Zone 2 w/surges 5.98 mi 01:01 10:13 pace
Didn't look at my Garmin at all...just tried to run at a perceived easy Zone 2 effort and it was SO much better. I wasn't constantly stressed out about my HR - I just enjoyed the run.
