David, Chi Running is when you run in a good posture. A lot of Pro Runners use it just because they were trained in good form not because they knew about it. You land on your midfoot and with your legs under your hips. I was running with a long stride which caused me to land on my heel, heel strike, with a straight leg, that just send the pounding to my knees and hips. Go to youtube and search for Chi Running. A lot of results come up.

No thearpy yet, showed up at the hospital and they said come back on the 4th of June. Go Figure, I just heard a DR say if we have any walk in to send to me because I am free. I guess that wasn't meant for me.

Nice job on the run! And I agree that grabbing a breakfast bar before going helps. I find that eating a scoop of peanut butter before the run also works...
