too hot, too tired, too lazy

I just have a hard time doing anything without having my cup of tea and so I don't run in the AM. I prefer the PM to get rid of the stress of the day, but this hot weather makes it tough. I techanically have the summer off, but I work some to prepare for the next year. It is ideal- I can work as much or as little as I want (and get paid) and I can do a lot of it away from the office.

That is ideal! Yes, I definitely prefer the end of the day too for the same reason. At least now the days are longer so there is more daylight and less chance of being run over.

I've missed you! Not a bad pace for too hot, too tired, too lazy. I am so impressed you're running! and doing other workout things. Running outside in the summer is a killer-early morning is the best. Do you have the summer off?

This is awesome, Kate. I think I just got under 13 after running for quite a while, but I couldn't get much lower than that. nor could I get past 3 miles.

Not a very good run. My legs were tired, my lungs were tired and never got into the zone. I wanted to quit the whole time.
