We've been enjoying our Kinect and this is the first time I'll pot the workout. Nice toning workout and some card on the Fitness Evolved game. Super cool and all the Kinect games are a great workout.

Decided to step it up a bit and jog some today. Didn't want to use 40 minutes of a time-crunched morning. Shaved a good 8-10 minutes off my time. Enjoyed getting my heart rate up too!
