Simply didn't have the time to get a run in until mid-afternoon and honestly didn't feel like dealing with the heat/humidity. Hopped on the TM and got a decent run in.

    Nice run. 3 miles on the treadmill is harder than 6 outside in the heat as far as I am concerned.
