Was hoping for six this afternoon for the first of two tempo runs this week, settled on a quality five instead. Overall, the run was a success, baked in the balmy summer air leading to a water stop and quick breather around the 3.6 mark. Legs were heavy almost the entire time, dehydrated and tired probably from 8.5 hours of working a steamy warehouse with no a/c. Probably take a needed rest tomorrow to give quads a break.
