Hit the roads for my usual Friday long run around the neighborhood. Only looked at my Garmin twice in the opening minutes of the run and from there, didn't look at my watch until the very end in hopes of running by feel rather time or distance. The run was decent, the latter miles were tough to get through probably because I'm starting to lift every other day with my training buddy, who is still on a running break. The next few days will continue to be easy on pace and light on miles as I put together a good recovery week. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
