    various climb 5.7-5.10b and then 11a on slab. Fingers were sore.

  4. Going okay. Trying to eat as paleo/ancestrally as possible. Kombucha rules. Same with the fermented cod liver + butter oil.

    Good, felt like puking sometimes. Neck is still really stiff. Took Branched Chain Amino Acids (2 pills before and 1 after) to see if that will help build muscle.
